﷯Wendy Harrison is a key support staff member of Hugh B. Hughes & Sons Funeral Home. She handles the financial responsibilities and supports her husband Michael in day to day operations. Wendy grew up in upper Bucks County. She attended the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation she worked at the Friendship House in Scranton and Child Development Council, Wilkes-Barre. She was a stay at home mom while her children were young. She went back into the work force when her youngest child was in preschool, working at the YMCA where her son attended preschool. After working at the YMCA, she began working for Encore Therapy Services in Early Intervention as a special instructor where she continues to work. She is very active in her church, Church of Christ Uniting, Kingston. She is currently a Stephen's Minister and also vice president of Women's Fellowship. She has served and continues to serve on different ministry teams. She is also a driver for the "Meals for Kids" program and is involved in and serving on the Wyoming Valley West Youth Aid Panel.
